Registration and Study Schedule for Foreign Participants with a Study Visa

  • For those with a student visa sponsored by IEP, it is a requirement to study a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • There are set study periods for when growing participators can start learning at IEP. If nurturers are available or the schedule allows, then classes may start earlier than the dates specified above.
  • For those who want to study less than 10 hours per week, study part time or have previously studied at IEP, they will be put on a waiting list until the Academic Coordinator can determine the availability of nurturers.
  • The period between registration and starting class is in place to help with student visa processing, scheduling, and nurturer recruiting if necessary. If these processes have finished and nurturers are available earlier, then classes may begin sooner.
